This detail helps us identify you on our systems i.e. on our front of house tills or on our database for updates we send out from time to time.

 

IP Address & Device type:

Like most companies, we have cookies installed on our website so that we can track visitors. We use cookies to target adverts at people online who have visited our website.

 

Email address:

We use your email address to send any vital info on our engagement activities. When you subscribe to receive emails from us, it will allow us to send you offers and discount on our activities and so much more. You can opt out of these emails by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom or by emailing or writing to us with your details. 

 

Mobile number:

We won’t spam you with texts every 5 minutes, or even every 6 minutes.  We will periodically send text messages to invite or remind you about our major activities or just to say hi, check in on how you’re doing and offer some freebies.

Because most of our activities are centred around over 18’s this information helps is keep track of the age group within our network. We can keep some of your data for up to 6 years; You can clear your Cookies on your web browser at any point.
